The program provides mobile crisis outreach to individuals in psychiatric crisis, psychiatric emergency service for assessment of individuals in distress, extended observation for intensive psychiatric care, interim appointments to stabilize individuals until they are linked to appropriate level care and crisis housing. If indicated, referrals are made to outpatient psychiatric services suitable to the patient's needs. FLCPEP provides interim follow-up for support. The primary focus is on safety and on identifying what services and level of care will be address each patient's needs. FLCPEP does not do residential placement or address medication issues with individuals under 18 years old. The program is located in the Woodbury Building at Clifton Springs Hospital. Service in Spanish also is offered.
Hours: 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday
Fees Charged: Fees are billed to insurance companies; no one is refused service due to inability to pay.
24 Hour Service: Available through the hospital\'s Emergency Dept.
Mobile crisis outreach is available in Ontario, Wayne and Yates counties; Seneca County residents need to go to the Clifton Springs Hospital and Clinic or the FLCPEP office.
